Courses for applicants to Horizon Europe.
The department for Internationalisation in the Research Council of Norway, hereby invites tenderers to participate in an open tender competition for a contract for the delivery of courses to applicants at Horison Europe.
Norwegian participation in Horison Europe is a top priority for the Norwegian government and the Research Council of Norway plays a key role in providing information about consultancy services to Norwegian applicants. The Research Council of Norway has a team of 50 National contact points for Horison Europe, coordinated by the international department of the Research Council of Norway.
Amongst other activities, courses and skills development for Norwegian applicants to Horison Europe; universities, colleges, research institutions and industry and commerce/public sector. Some of these courses are developed internally in the Research Council, but most are purchased from others. This tender covers the purchase of such courses and covers the areas stated in the tender document.
The purpose of the procurement of the courses is to make it possible for Norwegian applicants to procure the necessary skills and proficiencies in Horison Europe within the areas of project management, financial reporting and preparation for revisions.
