The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, meadow economy, maintenance of forest infrastructure to be performed in the Piwniczna Forest District in 2023. The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package")

Package X a – forestry: Rzyczanów -Sikornice

Package X b – forestry: Rzyczanów – Sucha Struga;

Package X c – forestry: Rzyczanów - Głęboki ;

A detailed description is indicated in point 3 of the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and meadow management, maintenance of forest infrastructure resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates.

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order, with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the currently unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, determining new locations, as well as suspending the activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the contract, and reducing corrections do not mean the complete abandonment of part of the work. It should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (including locations in the Package Implementation Area not initially indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the number of works in another location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area, within the total number of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement specified in the SWZ, to be implemented throughout the Package Implementation Area. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the contract in the course of performing the subject of the contract may also occur in order to perform the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The determination of the new location takes place as part of the subject of the contract, but always only in the Package Implementation Area.
