The present market is a market for the construction of a space for sports activities and leisure on the Pinsan site in Eysines. The main objective of the operation is to create a shared space of activities in and around the existing leisure centre. The expected missions are:

— Diagnostic study (DIAG);

- Sketch studies (ESQ);

- Summary preliminary design (APS);

- Final preliminary design (PDA);

- Project studies (Pro);

- Assistance for the signing of the works contract (ACT);

- visa for execution studies (VISA);

- Direction of the execution of works (DET);

— Assistance in the receipt and guarantee of perfect completion (AOR) operations; and

— complementary mission Scheduling, steering and coordination (OPC).
