The subject of this contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Świdnik Municipality.
1. The subject of this contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Świdnik Municipality.
2 The subject of the contract is:
2.1 Collection and management of municipal waste from the properties on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Świdnik Municipality, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Świdnik.
2.2 Equipping residential properties with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition.
2.3 Equipping Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK) and collection points with containers for collecting municipal waste and maintaining these containers in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition.
3.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, contracts consisting in the repetition of services similar to the basic contract and consistent with its subject, but not exceeding the value of the basic contract, i.e. consisting in the collection and management of additional waste in the amount of up to PLN 13,961,601.28 gross, in the manner referred to in point 3 of the SOPZ and in accordance with the principles resulting from the provision of Article 214(1)(7) of the Act. of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended).
4. The award of similar contracts may take place within 3 years from the award of the basic contract, and the decision on their award and size will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party during this period.
5. Similar contracts may be awarded in particular if the maximum contractual remuneration referred to in §3 section 2 of the draft contract is exhausted before 31.12.2023.
6. NOTE!!!
The Contractor shall provide a one-time package of bags for the entire duration of the contract. One package of bags for selective waste collection falls on one single-family household unless more than one declaration has been submitted for a given property, then a package of bags will be provided for each declaration for a given single-family property.
One bag pack will contain:
- 24 pcs. blue bags for collecting waste from paper and cardboard,
- 48 pcs. yellow bags for the collection of plastic metal waste
including multi-material packaging,
- 48 pcs. yellow bags for collecting PET plastic waste,
- 24 pcs. green bags for the collection of glass packaging waste,
- 48 pcs. brown bags for collecting bio-waste.
