AFATEK's sorting plant on Selinevej sorts approx. 240,000 tonnes of slag on an annual basis divided into an annual operating time of approx. 2,500 hours.
This tender includes a framework agreement complex consisting of 2 sub-agreements comprising electrician and conveyor services respectively, from which tasks can be requested on an ongoing basis.
The 2 sub-agreements are defined based on AFATEK's need for and requirements for services within electrical and conveyor services in connection with the operation of AFATEK's sorting plant and machines.
• Lot A: Electrician services in connection with the repair of downtime (troubleshooting and repair) as well as minor modifications and conversions of plant and machinery. The tender shall include both calls for and pre-planned works.
• Lot B: Conveyor services involving the manufacture and replacement of conveyor belts and their repair. The tender includes both on-call and pre-planned works.
• Replacement and repair must be carried out at AFATEK's address.
The requirements that the Supplier must comply with are described in a common general requirements specification for the 2 lots (section 3) and in a specific requirements specification for each of the 2 lots (sections 4 and 5).
One or both lots can be offered. However, it should be emphasized that if a tenderer is awarded both lots, the tenderer must be able to meet the requirements for each lot at the same time, in addition to the other requirements stated in the tender documents.
AFATEK will enter into an agreement with the winning bidder within each of the lots.
The 2 lots each have a term of 24 months with an option to extend by 2 times 12 months.
As the 2 lots are framework agreements, these do not imply for AFATEK an obligation to purchase a specified amount of services per year.
Please note that a Lot expires when AFATEK's purchases on the Lot have reached the maximum value of the Lot, as stated in section 3.2. This is also the case regardless of the fact that the Lot has not expired.
