The contract mainly consists of:

a. managing and maintaining a 24-hour fault reporting service

b. general work for the functional maintenance of public lighting consisting of approx. 8365 light points

c. carrying out renovation and expansion projects

d. coordinating work with the network operator

e. taking traffic measures

f. Supplying light towers

g. Supplying fixtures

h. processing changes in the management data

The public lighting within the Municipality of Tynaarlo consists of:

- approx. 3146 pieces of light towers with a bright point height up to 4 meters including luminaire;

- approx. 4173 pieces of light towers with a bright point height higher 4 meters and smaller or equal to 6 meters including

luminaire;

- approx. 844 pieces of light towers with a bright point height of 8 meters up to 10 meters including luminaire;

- ca. 202 pieces assorted.

Of the above data, a total of around 2189 LED luminaires are currently present

The estimated value for the service provision for this framework agreement is €1,720,000, - excluding VAT. The stated value is indicative, no rights can be derived from this. For this reason, it will be concluded for a maximum value of 150% of the aforementioned amount, in order to avoid exceeding the estimated value before the term of the framework agreement has expired. Incidentally, this does not mean that the estimated value in total is actually plotted in contracts during the contract period.
