For the supply of office swivel chairs, a framework agreement with a term of 1 year is to be concluded. The contract starts on 01.09.2023. There is a 3-time extension option on the part of the client by 12 months each.

The following quantities are based on empirical values of previous years (per year). There is no obligation for the customer to accept the quantities requested in the bill of quantities per lot. Excess or short quantities are permitted. The acceptance of the office swivel chairs is carried out by individual order.

The office swivel chairs in accordance with the specifications must be professionally assembled and delivered ready for use via the TOR 3 goods receiving department. Full functionality and maintenance-free use must be ensured.

Spare parts and accessories must be available for at least 10 years after delivery.

The office swivel chairs must be GS sealed in accordance with the Product Safety Act and TÜV tested. In addition, the applicable standards, in particular the standards EN 1335-1, 1335-2 and 1335-5 and fire protection class B1, must be complied with at the time of delivery.

The upholstery foams must be recyclable. Adhesives must be free of organic solvents and not release any harmful substances during use. The adhesives must be formaldehyde-free.

Each chair must be accompanied by an instruction manual in German.

For each office swivel chair described in the bill of quantities, a sample chair must be provided to UMG free of charge for the duration of the framework agreement.
