The subject of the call for proposals is the procurement of digital boards, notebooks and Apple iPads, which are to be used at the Carus Academy of the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at TU Dresden (UKD/client).

The object of the tender for lot 1 is the supply of 28 digital boards, 12 of which have 86" and 16 75", which are used to equip the Carus Academy. Wall brackets and whiteboard extensions are also to be offered in accordance with the requirements listed in the specifications.

The services to be provided essentially include the following:

- delivery to the place of installation, operation or to the place of use;

- assembly/set-up/installation at the installation site or at the place of use;

- commissioning;

- declaration of operational readiness;

- briefing;

- joint functional testing, operational acceptance/handover;

- Liability for defects and guarantee

The boards are to be installed/assembled in a “Dresden Atrium type” school building, which was built in prefabricated construction. The rooms are located on the ground floor (access via a 6-step staircase) and in the basement (basement), 1st floor and 2nd floor.

There is also no lift in the building.

The subject of the call for tenders for lot 2 is the supply of 105 notebooks to equip the Carus Academy.

The services to be provided essentially include the following:

- Liability for defects and warranty.

The subject of the tender for lot 3 is the supply of 90 Apple iPads for the equipment of the Carus Academy.
