Contract for the full supply of natural gas for all tapping points of the 5 state housing companies (LWU) included in this tender and, optionally, GEWOBAG with its subsidiaries, which have authorized degewo AG with the tender. For the 2025 delivery year, a total natural gas demand of 446.2 GWh/a (+ optional GEWOBAG 261.3 GWh/a) will be put out to tender at 1,239 tapping points (+ optional GEWOBAG 493 tapping points). These are located in the network area of NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg mbH & Co. KG. The procurement process that can be realized by the suppliers and a bio natural gas share that can be realized in the current market environment will be the subject of the negotiations. After the conclusion of the negotiation talks, the LWU will specify a minimum proportion of bio natural gas as well as the procurement concept to be implemented by the contractor as part of the invitation to submit the binding second offers.
