The services requested are for the upkeep, maintenance, maintenance and preservation of the site, in particular:- maintenance of green spaces, car parks and roads, maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior area, maintenance and cleaning of sanitary facilities; missions led by the Buildings and Resources Department (Dbm) of the Department of Haute-Savoie, - maintenance and cleaning (all exhibition rooms, courtyards and corridors, service accommodation and dressing rooms, ticketing), handling for the setting up of stages or the setting up of exhibitions; missions led by the Culture and Heritage Department of the Department of Haute-Savoie.The contract is reserved for Structures for Integration through Economic Activity (Siae); The incumbent must complete a maximum of 6,000 hours in a 10-month phase. See art. 6.2 of this CCA.The maximum amount over 4 years is set at 800,000.00 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
