The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Zawadzkie in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024, consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste selectively collected or transferred to PSZOK by the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Zawadzkie in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders divided into two parts

Part 1 of the contract: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate located in the municipality of Zawadzkie", consisting in: 1) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Zawadzkie The following fractions of waste will be covered by the collection and transport: a) glass and glass packaging, b) paper and cardboard as well as paper and cardboard packaging, (c) multi-material packaging, (d) plastic and plastic packaging, (e) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste, (f) metals and metal packaging, (g) ash, (h) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; 2) collection, transport and management of waste collected at points organized by the Contractor in the commune: a) expired medicines - from designated three points in the commune; (b) waste ineligible as household medical waste as a result of taking medicinal products by injection and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, from designated three points within the municipality; 3) collection, transport and development of furniture in the form of a travelling collection organized once a year directly from the house; 4) equipping the property with containers or bags for collecting waste specified in the regulations on the property; 5) printing and delivery of information leaflets on the principles of separate waste collection and containing a schedule for waste collection - to owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Zawadzkie.4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the ordering party's requirements for implementation and collection specify: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ and is its integral part. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL Act.

Part 2 of the order: "Collection and management of municipal waste accepted at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point", consisting in the collection and management of the following municipal waste selectively accepted from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Zawadzkie at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Kielce in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024 or transferred to PSZOK from its date launch, if this deadline falls after 1 January 2023: a) waste batteries and accumulators, b) waste electrical and electronic equipment, c) furniture and other bulky waste, d) used tires from passenger cars, e) construction and demolition waste (roofing felt, polystyrene, windows with glass, mirrors, etc.) generated in the household (waste code 17 09 04 – Mixed waste from construction, repairs and dismantling other than those mentioned in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03), f) clothing and textiles, (g) glass and glass packaging, (h) paper and paperboard and paperboard packaging, (i) multi-material packaging, (j) plastics and plastic packaging, (k) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste, (l) metals and packaging of metals, (m) ash, (n) expired medicines; (o) waste ineligible as household medical waste resulting from the taking of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels of substances, in particular needles and syringes; p) chemicals.4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the ordering party's requirements for implementation and acceptance are specified: A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ and is an integral part thereof.
