Maintenance and inspection of network stations according to the maintenance strategy of SWKiel Netz GmbH.

SWKiel Netz GmbH manages approx. 1,000 of its own network stations and approx. 100 contractually acquired customer stations. The plants are of different years of construction from approx. 1960 – 2022. These are air-insulated, metal-encapsulated and SF6-insulated switchgear from different manufacturers (including manufacturers that are no longer available on the market in the meantime, such as AEG, BBC, AREVA or F&G).

The tender includes the maintenance and inspection of these stations in accordance with the maintenance strategy of SWKiel Netz GmbH in compliance with the valid VDE standards, the DGUV regulations and the manuals and maintenance instructions of the manufacturers. The contractor must employ experienced and trained personnel for the switchgear and switch types used by the customer.

The individual dates of the work are planned and scheduled by SWKiel Netz GmbH. These dates will be announced to the contractor with a lead time of at least five (5) working days (Saturday is not a working day).

1 kV supplies and total shutdowns are carried out by the contractor.

Closures in road traffic for own vehicles and activities are to be carried out independently by the contractor.

The necessary switching operations in the medium-voltage network are coordinated and carried out by SWKiel Netz GmbH.

The construction, operation and dismantling of the backup power supplies is also carried out by employees of SWKiel Netz GmbH. The provision of personnel (qualified maintenance personnel) is carried out by the contractor during construction and dismantling work of the backup power supply, so that in this case the activities are carried out in cooperation with an employee of SWKiel Netz GmbH and an employee of the contractor.

For all activities, the contractor must prepare appropriate risk assessments.
