This contract is for insurance provision and advisory services for Hyde Housng Group. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to an additional year. The services must be delivered by an organisation registered with the FSA to write the classes of insurance business specified within the UK.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide all insurances required by the Group in respect of the full range of its activities and functions, including, but not limited to:

— All risks insurance,

— Property insurance,

— Financial loss insurance,

— Public liability insurance,

— Employers liability,

— Professional liability,

— Terrorism,

— Professional liability insurance,

— Motor vehicle insurance,

— Works in progress,

— Business interruption,

— Directors and officers,

— Pensions trustee liability,

— Fidelity guarantee,

— Money,

— Personal accident,

— Risk management insurance,

— Insurance claims and loss adjustment.

The successful tenderer will also undertake the following core services:

— Insurance programme placement and servicing,

— Advisory services,

— Claims management,

— Risk management.
