The purpose of this tender is to provide continuity to the current situation with regard to the Trajectory Control Systems. The primary goal is the replacement of 23 section control systems on the main road network. The secondary objectives are the replacement of the Section Control Systems on the underlying road network and the installation of new Section Control Systems at new locations. The latter can be on both road networks if the situation so requires, for example due to new developments in the nitrogen file or in the light of the intensification of traffic enforcement.
The aim is to enter into a Framework Agreement with the four (4) Tenderers who have submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (EMVI) for the Contract. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender is determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.
