The subject of the contract is the construction of a building for the District Court in Legionowo and the District Prosecutor's Office in Legionowo at 47 and 47A Jana III Sobieskiego Street with the necessary demolitions along with land development and necessary infrastructure on plots 133, 137, precinct 66.
The investment in question consists in the implementation of the necessary demolitions, staging them in such a way that the existing building of the Court can function until the completion of the construction of new buildings, construction of a new building for the District Court in Legionowo and the District Prosecutor's Office in Legionowo, construction of a transformer station, construction of sidewalks, accesses, garbage cans, parking spaces, etc.

2) The Contracting Authority shall not allow the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
3) The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues.
4) The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter: the Act).
5) The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Contract Specification (hereinafter: SWZ).
6) The contracting authority, by providing in the SWZ the names of its own services being the subject of the contract, specifies the minimum technical parameters, functional and quality characteristics that should be met by equivalent services in order to meet the requirements.
(7) Whenever the subject matter of the contract is described by trade marks, patents or origin, the source of a specific process which characterises the services provided by a particular contractor, or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, this description shall be deemed to be accompanied by the term 'or equivalent'. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
8) The Contractor who refers in the offer to the application of services equivalent to those described in the SWZ is obliged to demonstrate that the services offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.
9) As a result of the Proceedings, the Agreement will be concluded in accordance with the draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ, which will be introduced into the Public Procurement Agreement.
10) The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most advantageous bid using an electronic auction.
11) The contracting authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement.
