Cottbusverkehr GmbH (hereinafter referred to as CV) and Spree-Neisse-Cottbusverkehr GmbH (hereinafter referred to as SPN-CV) - both together as clients - would like to procure a total of 46 hydrogen buses, 11 of which will be for CV and 35 for SPN-CV. SPN-CV is a 100% subsidiary of CV. In order to be able to rely on uniform workshop equipment for the repair and maintenance services for the use of the hydrogen buses and to make procurement as efficient as possible, the contracting authorities are carrying out a joint award procedure. The clients remain responsible for their own procurement needs. Two separate contracts are concluded.

The subject of this award procedure is the delivery of low-floor buses with hydrogen fuel cells. The exact description of the service, including the minimum requirements, can be found in particular in the co-published specifications, which represent the current processing status. The contracting authorities expressly reserve the right to further adapt and specify the tender documents in the course of the award procedure or to change (minimum) requirements within the limits of public procurement law.
