1) The subject of the contract includes: collection, transport and use of waste with codes:
(a) 20 03 07 — large-sized waste;
(b) 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 — waste resulting from the processing (disassembly) of large-sized waste;
(c) 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 — large-sized waste selected from unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.
2. The estimated amount of waste for development will be 2,500 Mg.

2. The estimated amount of waste for development will be 2,500 Mg.
3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount envisaged for the use of waste, which does not result in cancellation or modification of the contract. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
4. Each batch of waste to be received will be reported by telephone or e-mail.
5. The waste management method offered must comply with the applicable law and recovery processes set out in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
6. Receipt of large-sized waste will take place from the site of the Krkonoše Waste Management Centre in Ścięgnach-Kostrzyca from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 17.00. The quantities of waste shall be determined each time in a unit order submitted by telephone or e-mail to the Contractor. There is a possibility of another date for receipt of the raw material, following prior agreement with the Ordering Party.
7. The load of waste is on the side of the Ordering Party. Weighing of waste received by the Contractor shall be carried out on the Ordering Party's legalized weight, located in the Contracting Authority's establishment and shall be confirmed by weight. This document will provide the exclusive basis for determining the amount of waste received.
8. The Contracting Authority shall draw up a waste transfer card in the Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management (BDO) prior to the commencement of transport, which shall form the basis for invoices upon final confirmation in BDO.
9. The Contractor is obliged after each month of performance of the service to provide the Contracting Authority with a statement of the method of their development with an indication of the recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012. installation in which the waste received will undergo a recovery process.
