The subject of the contract is the purchase of JET A-1 aviation fuel with delivery to the Wrocław Airport in 2023:
(1) JET A-1 fuel – astm d 1655 or AFQRJOS (Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Operating Systems) or equivalent*.
2) Delivery is continuous and will be carried out 7 days a week, including holidays and holidays.

1) The delivery will be carried out with the frequency necessary to maintain the daily stock at the level of 352 m3, at one time not less than 32 m3.
2) For each batch of delivered fuel, the contractor shall present on the day of delivery an attestation – a quality certificate according to ASTM D 1655 or AFQRJOS (or equivalent*).
3) The commercial margin for the delivered product, specified in Polish zlotys, will be constant throughout the delivery period (unless there are circumstances of changing the contract reserved in SWZ).
4) A change in the producer's unit prices resulting from the situation on the fuel market is allowed.
5) Form of settlement – non-cash, payment by bank transfer to the account.
(6) The reference density of the fuel for converting quotation values from metric tonnes to m3 shall be 0,800.
7) Fuel trading carried out as a result of the conclusion of a public procurement contract established with a selected Contractor will be carried out on the basis of the OPC concession held by the Ordering Party – the performance of the contract must allow for trading based on this concession. The contracting authority does not have a concession for trading fuels with foreign countries.
8) The Contractor importing/supplying fuels in tanks / containers to the restricted area of PLW S.A., for which the use of available control methods makes it impossible to carry out effective security control, at the latest by the first day of commencement of the service will confirm the fulfillment of the requirement for the so-called "Known supplier of airport supplies".
9) Maximum quantity **foreseen for implementation under contract: 75 000 m3, Minimum quantity*** to be implemented under contract: 25 000 m3.
Attention:
*The Contractor who invokes the solution/equivalent standards described by the Contracting Authority shall demonstrate that the product he offers satisfies the quality condition provided by ASTM D 1655 or AFQRJOS required by the Ordering Party — is equivalent to the standard.
** The Ordering Party sets the maximum amount of fuel to be purchased – 75,000 m3 – which may or may not be purchased as part of the awarded contract within the term of the contract.
By determining the minimum value, the Ordering Party guarantees that the order will be executed in the prescribed minimum size; as to the remaining anticipated purchase volume (above the minimum), the purchase may or may not be made.
