1. The subject matter of the present proceedings is the purchase and delivery of a brand new (year of manufacture: 2023) van with a tipper body.
2. The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by the rights of third parties and should meet safety standards.
3. Place of delivery of the vehicle: Social Integration Centre CISPOL in Polanowice, Polanowice No. 94, Opole Voivodeship,
4. The vehicle must meet the technical conditions set out in the Polish law for cars driving on public roads and the conditions set out in the legal regulations for the European Union. The delivered car must have a certificate of approval and the required documents (in particular, a user manual in Polish, a warranty book, a certificate of technical inspection) to enable the vehicle to be registered.
