“LippeJobDirekt — Work-First cooperative”

“LippeJobDirekt” is a path of intensified, resource-oriented advisory and placement work, which is tailored to regional cooperation. The interplay of the different competences and resources of training providers and job centers is part of a joint work-first project — “LippeJobDirekt”. The continuous development of the existing core elements from previous projects and further developed approaches, coupled with the current needs of the Jobcenter Lippe, by the participating stakeholders, is essential for the cooperation.

The advertised product is primarily aimed at

— benefit new or initial consultancy clients, and

— motivated unemployed persons of working capacity,

— each with the objective of direct mediation and competitiveness, as well as the following areas of resources to be strengthened: applicant and job search behaviour, work behaviour, motivation and social behaviour.

Significant for the cooperation is the continuous development of the existing core elements gained from previous projects and further developed approaches to action, coupled with current baths of the Jobcenter Lippe, by the participating stakeholders.

The advertised product is primarily aimed at:

— benefit new or initial consultancy clients, and

— motivated unemployed persons of working capacity,

— each with the objective of direct mediation and competitiveness, as well as the following areas of resources to be strengthened: applicant and job search behaviour, work behaviour, motivation and social behaviour.

The main objective is the individual, resource-oriented support of the assigned participants in their (re-) integration into the general labour market. The focus here is clearly on integration into sustainable and livelihood. The provision of training and retraining is expressly not the aim of this measure.

The advertised service is provided jointly by the contractor and the job center. For this purpose, the contracting parties form a project team consisting of the staff to be employed by the contractor for this service, as well as a continuously assigned full-time employee of the Jobcenter Lippe for Coordination

The implementation of the work-first approach according to the offer concept is mainly carried out by the contractor's job coaches. In order to exploit the best possible synergy potential, it is expressly desired that the contractor contributes additional experience/resources from its overall portfolio, such as participation in specialized consulting services, services or offers to the project. On the part of the client, it is also possible, in consultation with the contractor, a needs-based integration of offers such as company acquisition, employer service, consulting capacities, etc.

The different competences, perspectives and approaches to action that have been introduced as a whole are intended to give the project a permanent dynamism and release creative potential.

Object of performance:

The measure shall cover a combination of elements to:

— introduction to the training and labour market as well as identification, reduction or removal of barriers to placement (§ 16 para. 1 SGB II in conjunction with § 45 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 SGB III),

— mediation in insurable employment (Section 16 (1) of the German Social Code (SGB II) in conjunction with Section 45 (1), Section 1, Section 1, No. 3 SGB III),

— Stabilisation of employment (Section 16 (1) of the German Social Code (SGB II) in conjunction with Section 45 (1), p. 1, No. 5 of the Social Code III)

The following are advertised:

4.0 personnel positions (FTE) job coaching primarily at the headquarters in Detmold.

The contract period begins on 1.9.2021 and ends on August 31, 2023.

There is an option to extend the contract twice by another year at the same conditions. Upon expiry of the option, the contract terminates without the need for termination.
