The object of the framework agreement consists in the assignment of technical design services, works management, assistance to the Legislative Decree and safety coordination during the design phase (CSP) (Legislative Decree no. 81/2008) for interventions of aqueduct and sewerage network services: drafting of the technical/economic feasibility project, the final design, the executive design, for the coordination of safety during the design, for work management or assistance to the D.L. concerning sewage collectors, aqueduct networks and extending networks and aqueducts (category OG6).

In particular, the services to be entrusted will concern the interventions of new construction and/or renovation, extraordinary maintenance of network infrastructures (aqueduct and sewerage) of the integrated water service managed by Acque Bresciane srl. The area covered by the above technical services is located in the Province of Brescia.

The framework agreement will be awarded pursuant to Art. 54, paragraph 6 of the Code of Contracts with several economic operators — without reopening the competitive comparison.
