Elbe Kliniken Stade - Buxtehude GmbH are planning extensive extensions and conversions to ensure health care in the district of Stade for the future. A new functional wing is currently being built on the grounds of the Elbe Klinik Buxtehude.

As part of the realization, this tender includes the structural measures for the production of the sewage and rainwater sewerage system, the production of the ancillary systems and the planting of the garden areas in the inner courtyard and outside area of the functional wing.

The entire construction work consists of:

- earthworks;

- sewerage works;

- Road construction;

- Creation of green and plant areas;

- Production of street lighting.
