Edith Stein College offers secondary education to pupils with ambition at VWO, HAVO and MAVO level (VMBO-TL) and to the International Bridging Class. The Edith Stein is located at Louis Couperusplein 33 in The Hague and wants to place approximately 400 m2 THV in the form of temporary housing. The THV must be able to be used at this location for a period of 10 years (in case of extension of the lease). The temporary accommodation is preferably put into use before the start of the 2023-2024 school year. The assignment includes in any case the complete design, elaboration, delivery, installation / realization, ready-to-use delivery and rental of THV, including foundation. The gross area of the THV is approximately 400 m² gfa on Edith Stein's own plot in one storey. The assignment includes the preparation and submission of an admissible application for an environmental permit and application for a user permit/notification, including all the necessary studies and reports as well as the preparation and care of the necessary NUTS connections, etc. See the registration guide and annexes for further information.
