The IHK-Akademie Schwaben plans to purchase metalworking machines with accessories and process simulation software for the implementation of training courses.

Cycle-controlled universal milling machine with accessories (3 pieces)

Delivery and commissioning of 3 cycle-controlled universal milling machines:

- main drive at least 5.5 kW,

- Working area along the X axis at least 750 mm, across the Y axis at least 400 mm, vertically Z axis at least 600 mm,

- Various accessories.

CNC compact machining center (1 piece)

Delivery and commissioning of a CNC compact machining center:

- Main drive at least 5.5 KW,

- Working area along the X axis at least 450 mm, across the Y axis at least 300 mm, vertically Z axis at least 300 mm.

CNC simulator learning software for turning and milling

CNC simulator learning software for turning TopTurn and milling TopMill

Site network user license for 30 users.

CNC lathe and milling machine with accessories (1 piece)

Delivery and commissioning of a CNC turning and milling machine:

- Main drive at least 5.5 KW,

- Working area peak height: min. 150 mm; Distance between centers: min. 250 mm.

Lathe combined with cycle control (3 pieces)

Delivery and commissioning of 3 lathes combined with cycle control:

- Main drive at least 5.5 KW,
