Subjects of the contract in this proceeding are successive supplies of light fuel oil to oil boilers located at road crossings in Medica, Korczowa Budomierz and Krościenk qualitatively in accordance with the Polish Standard according to PN-C-96024 and the provisions of the Regulation Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008) on the quality requirements for sulphur content for oils and the types of installations and conditions under which heavy oils will be used. Planned quantity: 546 000,00 thousand liters. Projected quantities for individual facilities: DPG Medyka 180 000 000 litres, DPG Korczowa 125 000 thousand litres, DPG in Budomierz 150 000 liters, DPG Krościenko 91 000 liters

Disposable deliveries to the boiler house at road crossings in Medica, Korczowa Budomierz and Krościenk will be carried out separately according to the requirements of individual crossings in an amount of not more than: Medyka — 30 thousand litres, Korczowa — 30 thousand liters, Budomierz — 20 thousand liters, Krościenko — 7 thousand liters.

The minimum amount of fuel oil delivered to each boiler house will be not less than 5 thousand liters.
