The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties located in the Kozłów Municipality in 2022 and to organize, maintain and operate a stationary Selective Point Collections of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in 2022, in the territory of Kozłów Municipality or in a neighbouring municipality, but at a distance of not more than 25 km from the border of Kozłów Municipality, counted as “road” distance (not in a straight line), with the possibility of easy access by residents of Kozłów Commune. The subject of the contract will be executed in a manner that corresponds to the law and documentation of the order.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) and selectively collected municipal waste from owners of inhabited properties located in the Kozłów Municipality and the organization, maintenance and operation of a stationary Selective Waste Collection Point Communal (PSZOK) in the territory of Kozłów Municipality or in the neighbouring municipality, but at a distance not exceeding 25 kilometers from the border of the Gmina, counted as “road” distance (not in a straight line), with the possibility of easy access by residents of the Gmina Kozłów. The subject of the contract will be executed in a manner that corresponds to the law and documentation of the order.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract, in particular the requirements for the transfer of received unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to municipal installations, the types of municipal waste received selectively from property owners and the types of waste received within PSZOK, the sanitary standard for the performance of services and environmental protection, the obligation to keep records related to the activities covered by the contract, detailed manner in case of non-selective collection of waste, detailed requirements placed on the Receiving Contractor municipal waste from property owners and operator PSZOK, the obligation to use municipal waste according to the hierarchy of ways of handling waste, the codes are Annex No 1 to SWZ - “Description of the subject matter of the contract”.

Conditions for execution of the subject of the contract are included in the Designed contractual provisions constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ - “Designed contractual provisions”.
