The main station Beckomberga (Sn BA) was commissioned in early 1952 and currently has a 220 and a 110 kV air-insulated outdoor switchgear, as well as a 33 kV gas-insulated indoor switchgear, which has been renewed in stages. In connection with Svenska kraftnät's project "Greater Stockholm West", a further strengthening of the national grid is planned, which means new 400 kV connections to Beckomberga. In connection with this, Ellevio intends to carry out a complete renewal of the existing 220 and 110 kV switchgear within the existing station area.
The project will be procured and implemented in collaboration in two phases. For the first phase, a procurement is carried out in accordance with LUF, Act (2016:1146) on procurement in the utilities sectors, with the aim of signing contracts according to ABK09. The goal of phase 1 is a relevant and clear picture of the new station's design and that a contract can be signed according to ABT06 for phase 2.
Phase 1 will include, but is not limited to:
Planning and Design where the project is defined. Phase 1 shall result in a target price agreed between the parties and implementation plan for the contract. The contractor is compensated for his work in Phase 1 according to the cost price principle (current account) according to ABK 09 Chapter 6 § 2 and 3.
Phase 2 will include, but is not limited to:
- New building housing new:
- New 110 kV GIS 3 sections
- New 33 kV switchgear 2 sections
- 3 220/110 kV transformers, supplied by the Customer
- 3 110/33 kV transformers, supplied by the Customer
- Kabelflyttar
- 3 temporary 110 kV air-insulated outdoor compartments.
- New 220 kV switchgear, which will either be built as an air-insulated outdoor switchgear or a gasied indoor switchgear in a new building.
- New 400/220 kV transformers and associated buildings and connection to the new 220 kV switchgear. The transformers are provided by the Customer.
- Necessary adaptations of existing plant linked to SVK's new 400 kV substation.
