The contract includes all the works and services to be carried out by the successful bidder for the drafting of the project in accordance with the prescriptions established in the Specific Conditions and in the Specifications of Particular Technical Prescriptions, so that the necessary requirements are achieved for the correct and complete definition of the works to be executed, as well as all the tasks to be developed by the person in charge / coordinator in the field of safety and health for the drafting of the Safety and Health Studies.

Likewise, part of the object of the contract, the elaboration of a model or virtual BIM model of the project, adapted to each of the contractual phases of the project, and destined to the management of the life cycle of the built work.

The successful bidder will carry out under the contract the geological and geotechnical studies and topographic surveys necessary for the correct definition of the works to be executed, in accordance with the indications and requirements established in the Technical Specifications.

The assistance of the Consultant will cover the entire process of administrative processing of projects until approval.
