The municipality of Saarwellingen is currently planning the construction of a new festival hall at an exposed location in the center of the community. This is located immediately adjacent to the historic castle and the Palace Square. For this purpose, the municipality Saarwellingen would like to use a project controller. The project controller is to be involved as part of the previously required demolition of the old festival hall and other buildings.
Project management in accordance with § 2 (Project Control Project Performance) of the AHO Series No. 9 (4th edition) for the construction of a festival hall. The commissioning should take place gradually. The services to be awarded are based on the project stages 1-5 of the above-mentioned AHO booklet. A claim to the total commission does not exist.
Above all, the project ranger should provide quality, functionality, costs, deadlines and other coordination and support services. These include the preparation and implementation of further subliminal procurement procedures.
Optionally, a platform (project server) should be offered to organize communication centrally by the project controller.
Total construction costs are currently estimated at EUR 5.8 million net. The eligible costs (300 and 400 costs) together amount to approximately EUR 4.7 million net. Planned start of planning is currently September 2019. The costs of the demolition amount to about 210 000 EUR net (roughly estimated). The total value mentioned under II.1.5) is the total investment costs including demolition.
It should be noted that the company to be entrusted with the project control should not be charged with planning services for the project at the same time. Should an applicant apply for project performance and one or more other performance (s) (structural design, engineering design) and should be invited to submit tenders for several services, he must indicate for which service he wishes to submit an offer.
Multiple applications under this invitation to tender by individual candidates or by individual members of an applicant association may lead to the exclusion of all the offers concerned, if the candidate, the grouping or the competing member companies or groups concerned are unable to prove that the offers in question were drawn up independently of each other.
