The project concerns the construction of cycle paths linked to sewerage works in Zonhoven on the N72:
- PART 1 between kilometer points 1,589 and 3,165 roughly between the roundabout with the Hortstraat and the already reconstructed intersection with the Donkweg. Within the project zone, the road is completely renewed, a roundabout is being built near the Wijvestraat.
Together with the road works, a separate sewerage system will also be constructed.
- PART 2 between kilometer points 1,182 and 0,019 roughly between the already reconstructed intersection with the Donkveldweg and the N74. Within the project zone, the road is completely renewed.
