The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in permanent (round-the-clock) protection of persons and property in the headquarters and around the headquarters of GDDKiA Branch in Katowice.

1. The subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) protection and supervision of utility rooms, parking and property at the disposal of the Ordering Party in protected areas (i.e. in the headquarters and around the headquarters of the GDDKiA Branch in Katowice at 5 Myśliwska Street);

b) protection of persons located in and around the headquarters of the GDDKiA Branch in Katowice at 5 Myśliwska Street;

c) providing support to intervention groups in the event of a threat to persons and property in the protected area.

2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Volume III SWZ.

3. In the present proceedings, in accordance with Article 359(1) of the PPL, the provisions applicable to classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the equivalent of EUR 750 000 are to apply to the award of contracts for social and other specific services, taking into account the amendments resulting from Chapter 4 of the PPL.
