The DAAD organises around 600 events every year. For a number of approx. 15 events per year, the support of an external event agency (contractor) is sought to provide services for the planning and implementation of events: This includes, among other things, participant management, speaker management, coordination of external services or the production of event material.

The events will take place in person, but hybrid and digital formats are also possible. The events lasting one to several days are meetings, conferences and congresses with and without exhibitions or exhibition stands. The target groups are made up of scholarship recipients and former DAAD grantees (alumni), university representatives or representatives of funding ministries or other science organisations. Depending on the format of the event, 50 to 500 participants from Germany and abroad are expected.
