The subject of the contract are services related to the collection of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties where residents live, on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, and in summer houses on real estate or other real estate used for recreational purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sieradz Municipality.
The subject of the order is the services associated with:
1) collection of municipal waste generated and collected on all properties on which residents live, on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, and in summer houses on real estate or other real estate used for recreational purposes, located within the administrative boundaries of the Sieradz Municipality,
l2)scope of the contract:
1 municipal waste mixed estimated amount of waste 1,800,00 Mg,
2 municipal waste separately collected – 1 000,00 Mg,
3 biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste – 330.00 Mg;
3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is annexed to this SWZ:
(a) a detailed description of the object of the order - Annex No 1,
(b) the statement of property in individual sołectities within the Municipality of Sieradz — Annex No 2,
(c) a statement of the type and codes of waste received from property owners — Annex No 3,
(d) a detailed description of the requirements for the equipment of vehicles, containers and the registration of events — Annex No 4,
(e) the estimated number of containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste — Annex No 5
(f) number of bus stops and cars — Annex No 6,
4) a) The Ordering Party requires employment on the basis of an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended) by the Contractor or Subcontractor of persons performing the following activities during the performance of the contract:
- steering and handling of waste collection equipment,
- the operation of emptying containers and collection of bags of selective waste and other municipal waste.
(b) The detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement under the employment contract are set out in the model contract — Annex No 8 to the SWZ.
