The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of municipal waste management from the środa Wielkopolska Municipality. The maximum estimated amount of waste delivered is: 11 025.50 Mg, including unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of: 6 650.00 Mg. Due to the difficult to predict amount of waste that will be generated in the course of the contract, the estimated amounts determined above do not have to correspond to the size and characteristics of the stream actually transferred to the Contractor during the performance of the contract. The Ordering Party does not guarantee that the structure of the waste stream will correspond to the structure shown above in the tabular list. . The quantity of waste indicated in paragraph 1 shall be the maximum quantity. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the entire order during the period covered by the contract. The minimum amount of the contract will be 70% of the amount of waste indicated in point 1 above. The occurrence of the circumstance referred to in the previous sentence will result in a reduction in the remuneration due to the contractor under the concluded contract. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in the event of non-use of the entire size of the contract.

Reducing the amount of waste in this respect will not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party, in particular for payment of remuneration for the unfulfilled part of the contract and for payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the real quantity in relation to the estimated quantity. In this situation, no annex is required.
