In order to remain fully in line with ICAO Annex 17 and IATA resolution 753, BAC wishes to launch a tender for the delivery, implementation, hosting, and support of a new BR(M)S (Baggage Reconciliation and Management System) application. The application must be able to be hosted locally, in other words BAC is not looking for a SAAS solution. The contract provides for a term of 3 years, and can be renewed twice for one year at a time.

This command only applies to the application, not the associated hardware (Scanners, physical servers, printers,...).

Scope:

Contract for the delivery and implementation of a baggage reconciliation and management system at Brussels Airport, which is used for and by all passenger airlines and their passenger and baggage handling companies operating at Brussels Airport.

Service desk for incident resolution and change management

Application updates and patching including cybersecurity

Renewal of the BRMS solution deployed at the airport.

Software modifications required for the integration of the new BRMS solution into the existing baggage handling software environment.

Physical hosting of the BRMS software
