The procurement includes the delivery of a security creation technology platform that will be used in specific accommodation forms as well as ordinary accommodation forms. The alarms generated by the system should be handled by staff of an android and ios smartphone and for ordinary accommodation requirements for external emergency services will be set in the procurement. In order to have a good, efficient and common platform throughout the municipality, the same solution should be delivered in all forms of accommodation. The system shall be designed to manage the various workflows/processes associated with the prevailing functionality of today's security alarm.

The objective of the procurement is to sign contracts with a provider that can deliver a security alert as well as a security creation technology platform for:

- Fine track and about 520 ordinary accommodations (individual homes) and about 241 apartments in special accommodation. All security alarms within ordinary accommodation will be switched during the contract period. In total it deals with about 39 apartments on special housing LSS.

- Mjölby has about 760 ordinary accommodation (with security alert) and about 336 apartments in special accommodation (older 310 apartments and LSS 26 apartments) All security alarms within ordinary and special accommodation will be switched during the contract period.

- Vadstone with about 300 ordinary accommodation (individual homes) and about 130 apartments in special accommodation. All security alarms within ordinary accommodation will be switched during the contract period. The solution should also be applicable to special housing LSS as well as ordinary housing within the LSS. In total, it deals with about 18 apartments on special housing LSS and about 15 ordinary dwellings within the LSS.

The platform shall enable communication and integration and connection of other sensors;

IoT devices etc on the market. The Agreement shall include the necessary technical hardware, administrative software for operations and personnel and the possibility of linking up to an external emergency centre for ordinary accommodation. Basic features such as allowing users to actively initiate an auxiliary need should be included. The system shall also have functions to pay different attention to danger or assistance needs without the individual actively initiating this. In case of alarm, the system shall talk about the position where assistance needs arose. Remote supervision function shall be in the system. From a staff perspective, key features include alarm receipt, attendance marking, alarm prioritization, and being able to call for peer-reviewed assistance.
