The objective of the contract is the maintenance in operational condition of the safety equipment of the systems associated with them. The market therefore incorporates cybersecurity requirements. The areas covered are Access Control (Ca), Intrusion Detection (Di) and Video Surveillance (VS). The maintenance contract, such as a framework agreement with purchase orders, includes preventive maintenance services (systematic and scheduled year-round), corrective maintenance of a one-off nature, carried out at the request of EDP and may include services comparable to evolutionary maintenance. The situation, the description of the fleet to be maintained by Directorate and their technical specifications, as well as the exact nature, extent and consistency of the services charged to the holder of each of the lots are defined in the CCTP.The conditions for implementing the framework agreement include environmental elements, described in the specifications.

the equipment is spread over 31 EDP industrial or tertiary sites spread over Paris (75) and the Petite Couronne (92/94) according to the CCAP site annex. All sites are equipped with Ca and Di, but only some are equipped with Vs. They have recently been commissioned or renovated. Some are rated Piv. The installed base is multi-brand (see list of 45 brands in the appendix of the CCTP). The scope of the Dd has a common supervision of type Amadeus of Dbs (domain Ca/Di) and Ocularis of Onssi (domain Vs) under exclusive publisher (for the current benefit of Novadis). The Dimet/Drdqe perimeter has specific supervision such as Security Center from Genetec or Alwin, under manufacturer exclusivity, alcea or Netvision/Aos Blue from Nedap. Finally, the Direp perimeter has specific supervision for each of the sites based on Ard Access from Ard or Galaxy from honeywell for the Ca/Di domain and Genetec's Security Center for the Vs domain.

The park to be maintained is spread over 8 EDP industrial or tertiary sites spread over departments 27, 28 and 78 according to the annex site of the Ccap. All are equipped with Ca/Di but only one has the Vs. They are globally Aritech branded and supervised by the Titan system

the park to be maintained is spread over 09 industrial or tertiary sites (see annex CCAP website) of departments 77 and 89, are multi-brand for equipment (Samsung, Videotec, Asset, Delta Dore, Cooper Security, Vandebilt, Optex, Paradox and Altec) and supervised by the Visio Box software for the Voulzie agency or Vanderbilt's Spcconnect for the Vanne agency. Major modernization works are planned on the Longueville site during the contract, involving a delayed management of this site after work
