The contest is for the delivery of an operational contract.

The value of the procurement is estimated at: NOK 7,200,000 excluding VAT over 4 years, based on the current contract. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is favourable.

Statens Standardavtale (SSA) [Government’s Standard Contract]

The contract is expected to commence on 17.01.2023 to start the implementation phase for the system. Operation of the approved system will apply from 27.05.2023 and is fixed until 26.06.2026 and will run until termination. The parties have a mutual notice period of 6 months.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-L.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
