The purpose of the contract is to produce lot 2 “Heating, ventilation, conditioning (HVAC) and Fluid (FLD)”, buildings 600 “PC”, 601 “HEB, COP, HND, BVI”, 603 “HC”, excluding buildings 607 “GEF” and 602 “FLS”, as part of the CIRCE project.

The firm share is broken down into six items:

— item 1 (flat-rate): studies in heating, ventilation, conditioning and fluid networks,

— item 2 (estimated): heating, ventilation, conditioning — building 600 “PC” — normal ventilation, crisis ventilation, conditioning of technical and operating rooms, reference air line, control control, smoke removal of the PCS,

— item 3 (estimated): heating, ventilation, conditioning — buildings 601 “HEB, COP, HND, BVI” and 603 “HC” (excluding building 600 “PC”) — ventilation and conditioning of buildings,

— item 4 (estimated): fluid networks — Building 600 “FP” — Sanitary Cold Water (EFS) and Sanitary Hot Water (ECS) networks and effluent networks,

— item 5 (estimated): fluid networks — buildings 601 “HEB, COP, HND, BVI” and 603 “HC” (excluding building 600 “FP”) — networks and fluids of buildings,

— item 6 (estimated): general benefits — life base, organisation, test assistance, operator training.

The optional lump sum share includes two options:

— option 1: implementation of an iodine trap on the blowing of crisis ventilation,

— option 2: collection of active effluents.

The estimated share for additional non-package benefits is broken down as follows:

— estimated BPU share on scenario,

— estimated share for the share of common construction costs on BPU and on prior estimate,

— estimated share for construction site life and hazards on prior estimates.
