The Synergis autonomous communal authority manages and operates the Verviers swimming pool, within an integrated Local Sports Center (CSLi), recognized by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.

The renovation of the swimming pool is based on a preliminary study which has been approved by the infrasport subsidy authority as part of the 2014-2020 swimming pool plan and on a project approved by the EU under a RenoWatt - SunHorizon 2020 program. Ureba grant will also probably be linked to the financing of this project.

This is the complete renovation of an existing building consisting of several volumes, which requires a single permit (planning permission for works, permits for the installation of a cogeneration and renewal of the operating license). There is a very small part of a decommissioned room and an asbestos removal.

The mission of the project author is to carry out the preliminary study, to write the specifications, to calculate the total duration of the project, the duration of interruption of operation, to mount the license application files unique, assist the adjudicator in the selection of offers, direct and control the execution of construction site, organization meetings and site receptions, as well as any other mission that will prove necessary for the successful completion of the project .

The project author will assist the adjudicator in the proceedings and meetings with the subsidizing authorities.
