The subject of the contract is the delivery of winter and summer workwear along with servicing, in accordance with the requirements contained in the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of winter and summer workwear along with servicing in accordance with the requirements contained in the SWZ, including:

1.1. Winter working clothes consisting of:

a) winter insulated jacket (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs.);

b) insulated dungaree trousers (planned maximum number of 50 pcs.);

c) insulated tank top (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs.);

d) winter headgear (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs).

1.2. Summer working clothes consisting of:

a) summer sweatshirt (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs.);

b) summer dungarees trousers (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs.);

(c) summer headgear (planned maximum number of 2000 pcs).

1.3. Summer working clothes for mechanics consisting of:

a) summer sweatshirt for mechanics (planned maximum number of 100 pcs.);

(b) summer dungarees for mechanics (planned maximum number of 140 pcs.);

1.4. Summer clothing of flame retardant fabric for welders consisting of:

a) flame retardant summer sweatshirt (planned maximum number of 25 pcs.);

b) flame retardant summer dungarees (planned maximum number of 25 pcs.);

1.5. Servicing.

The workwear service includes:

1) washing summer workwear (sweatshirt, dungaree trousers, summer headgear and flame retardant clothing), with a frequency of 1 time per week.

2) washing winter workwear (insulated jacket, insulated dungaree trousers, insulated tank top, winter headgear) with a frequency of 1 time per week.

3) Tailoring repairs as needed.

Planned number of washes of clothing (including flame retardant clothing):

Summer clothing

a) sweatshirt (planned maximum number of 8000 pcs.)

b) dungaree trousers (planned maximum number 16000 pcs.)

c) summer headgear (planned maximum number of 200 pcs.)

Winter clothing

a) jacket (planned maximum quantity of 3000 pcs.)

b) dungarees trousers (planned maximum number of 1200 pcs.)

c) tank top (planned maximum quantity of 5000 pcs.)

(d) winter headgear. (planned maximum quantity of 200 pcs.)

2. The date of commencement of the contract – not earlier than from 16.10.2023.

3. The deadline for the completion of partial orders is up to 30 working days from the date of placing a partial order by the Ordering Party (delivery of clothing) and up to 7 calendar days from the date of handing over by the Ordering Party clothing for servicing (servicing clothing),
