The optimal solution would be to extend the existing licenses, but the Employer allows the possibility of offering equivalent products in the scope of new licenses for anti-virus software (equivalent software). Equivalence criteria, i.e. the minimum software requirements, are described below. When changing the software, support must be provided by the Contractor or Software Manufacturer for the time of planned implementation by the Employer on all required devices (about 200 devices).
The Employer requires the delivery of software under the conditions provided for by the software producer, hereinafter referred to as: "Manufacturer", for units performing public tasks. Software delivery, in accordance with the subject of the Agreement, will take place within 7 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the Agreement (the date of delivery is the criterion for assessing offers). Support for the software, including the right to update the software, covers the entire duration of the contract, i.e. 24 months , from 1.12.2018. The Purchaser will be entitled to download patches, updates and new versions of the Software for the period up to the end of the Agreement in a way that does not violate the rights of the creators and the copyright owner and does not limit the Purchaser's rights to use this Software. By the term "license", the Purchaser understands the right to use the Software legally on the conditions indicated by the Manufacturer and on the conditions indicated in the Agreement. Support will be provided on the conditions indicated by the producer.

Deadline for the contract: 1) delivery of licenses maximum 7 days from the date of signing the contract. The indicated date is the maximum date of the contract. The Awarding Entity will also evaluate offers in terms of the shorter time of contract performance offered by the Contractor according to the criteria of offer evaluation - Order processing time 10%. 2) support service, including access to updates, for a period of 24 months from 1.12.2018.
