Call for applications for participation - Insurance portfolio management for the municipality and the CPAS de Anhée

See II.2.4).

This contract is a joint contract within the meaning of Article 48 et seq. Of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2016.

The market is a global market with no lots.

In accordance with Article 58 §1 st , paragraph 2 of the law of 17.6.2016 on public procurement, the division into lots that can be attributed separately was considered by the contracting authority, which decided to waive it for the following reasons:

- it is in the interest of the contracting authority to treat all of its insurance portfolio with one and the same company, which will have a global vision of the client's contracts and the means put in place or to be developed to meet the all the needs,

- the statistics of the contracting authority will be analyzed as a whole by the company, with a global vision of the claims, allowing in particular the implementation of prevention plans related to different branches,

- the staff of the contracting authority in charge of insurance must be able to clearly identify the account manager of the company and establish with that person a long-term global relationship, not broken down according to the type of risk,

- the claims management procedures, in particular the IT procedures, are simpler to know and to apply by the staff of the contracting authority if they are identical for all contracts,

- For all these reasons, the contracting authority may save money in terms of communication with its insurer and training of its staff.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract.

Free variants are forbidden.

The contract covers insurance contracts covering the following branches:

Part 1: material damage

1) Fire and related perils

2) All electronic risks - computer equipment;

3) Transport and stays of values;

4) All material risks;

5) All risks exhibitions and works of art.

Part 2: Liability

1) General civil liability;

2) Liability of agents;

3) Objective civil liability in case of fire or explosion;

4) Civil liability and physical and extra-curricular accidents for children and participants in recreational, cultural and sports activities;

5) Civil liability and personal injury for the communal youth council and the advisory committees;

7) Civil liability private life - asylum seekers - people in social difficulty hosted by the CPAS.

Part 3: Workplace accidents

1) Accidents at work;

2) Bodily injuries for members of the communal council, council of social action

part 4: automobile;

1) Civil liability, property damage and legal protection;

2) Omnium service missions

Part 5: cyber risks
