A new child day-care centre will be built at Ole Irgens vei 90, Bergenshus gnr 166, part of title nos. 22, 202, 203 and 241 etc. cf. zoning plan 19360000, zone B.

The day-care centre will have a capacity for 60 children. The building's gross area will be approximately 700 m², and a confined outdoor play area of 1.7 "mål" (approx. 0.4 acres or 0.19 ha). A parking lot and driveway will also be built. The project will be developed further in the development plan, which is the basis for zoning. The project's total cost is estimated at NOK 33.6 million.
