The subject of the tender is object planning (LPH 2-8) and structural design (LPH 2-6 + construction supervision) and building physics. (LPH 2 -7 + construction supervision) Within the framework of property planning, the services of the SiGeKo are to be offered as a consulting service.

The building of the school complex special school for children with learning disabilities in 39387 Oschersleben (Bode), OT: Klein Oschersleben, Alte Hauptstraße 1 was built in the period 1965 to 1988. After years of intensive use and minor value preservation measures, the structural and technical facilities require a thorough renovation or adaptation to today's usage and space requirements.

For the location, in LPH 2, three proposals for future school use are to be developed in accordance with the requirements of the school and submitted to the client with a rough cost estimate. The inclusion of buildings that are still worth preserving must be examined and taken into account.

Once a decision has been made on a specific planning draft, the planning must be continued. Approximately another 11 months are planned for the preparation of LPH 3 to 7. The pure construction time (LPH 8) is estimated at approx. 24 months.
