The purchase will be made in small installments of HVAC accessories for member organizations of the City of Savonlinna Regional Procurement as a contract of indefinite duration from June 1, 2019, with a three (3) month notice period from both parties.

The purchase will be made in small installments of HVAC accessories for the member organizations of the City of Savonlinna Regional Procurement as an indefinite contract as of June 1, 2019, with three (3) months' mutual notice by the parties.

The following organizations are involved in this procurement:

- City of Savonlinna

- The municipality of Enonkoski

- East Savo Educational Association

- Järvi-Saimaan Palvelut Oy

- Tanhuvaaran Foundation / Tanhuvaaran Palvelut Oy

- Municipal Association of the Eastern Savo Hospital District.

The participating organizations act as subscribers to the procurement. Customer organizations purchase HVAC equipment as needed during the contract period.
