The subject of the contract is the supply of laptops and printing devices for schools in the municipality-city of Grudziądz as part of the project implemented by the municipality-city of Grudziądz entitled "Support program for Grudziądz primary schools in the development of key competences". The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors submitting the offer to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the amount of PLN 900. If the bid bond is not paid or the bid bond is not properly lodged or the bid bond is not maintained continuously until the expiry of the bid validity period or submission of an application for the return of the bid bond in the case referred to in Article 98 paragraph 2 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contractor's offer will be rejected from the procurement procedure. 2.The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
3.The Contracting Authority requires that the data provided by the Contractor in Appendix 2.1. to SWZ–Offer form – detailed part, clearly and precisely indicated the subject of the contract. The data provided must allow the Ordering Party to unambiguously identify the subject of the contract in terms of configuration in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party using generally available methods (e.g. manufacturer's website) in order to check the correctness of its parameters with the requirements of the SWZ. If the model or name of the subject of the contract provided by the Contractor does not fully reflect the fulfillment of the Ordering Party's requirements, technical data in terms of configuration and accessories of the object should be indicated.
4.The Ordering Party allows offering the subject of the contract with parameters exceeding the requirements of the Ordering Party, with modern technological requirements, meeting at least the minimum requirements set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and not worse in terms of quality and technical conditions, while maintaining its appropriate functionality and purpose.
5.The Contracting Authority informs that in accordance with Article 101 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law, if the description of the subject of the contract includes a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described.
6. The warranty period for the delivered subject of the contract is:
1) 24 months for portable computers,
2) perpetual licences for office suites for portable computers,
3) 12 months for multifunction devices,
counting from the date of signing by the Parties the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract.
7. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
