1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the health e-services platform together with the expansion of the hospital's ICT infrastructure in order to increase the level of safety and quality of health services, including:
a) Delivery and implementation of the Electronic Medical Documentation system;
b) Delivery and implementation of the Platform system for the provision of health e-services;
c) Expansion of the hospital's ICT infrastructure together with accompanying works to ensure the possibility of providing e-services;
d) Supply of computer equipment.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 5 to the ToR.

It includes the following tasks:
1. Updating and purchasing of software modules to ensure the possibility of creating EDM - in accordance with the detailed description contained in Annex 5 to the ToR;
2. Delivery and implementation of the electronic medical records system - in accordance with the detailed description contained in Annex 5 to the ToR;
3. Implementation of the platform for the provision of public e-services (A2B, A2C) and intra-administrative (A2A);
4. Expansion of the hospital's ICT infrastructure together with accompanying works - in accordance with the detailed description contained in Annex 5 to the ToR;
5. IT services:
a) pre-implementation analysis;
b) implementation services, including system integration services at local level and adaptation to cooperation with external systems, including the P1 platform;
c) audit of compliance with legal regulations, including RODO, WCAG 2.0, security tests;
d) maintenance services, including technical assistance in the field of hardware and software (during the project implementation period) and warranty services.
