The contract period is one (1) year. The contracts may be extended beyond the actual contract period with three (3) one (1) year option periods.

The estimated start date of the agreements is March 2023.

This is a framework agreement in which the tenderer with the highest overall score is selected as the contractor for each of the components.

The acquisition includes three subdivisions:

Sub-area 1: Scales

Section 2: Intraocular pressure gauges

Subdivision 3: Hair clippers.

It is possible for the bidder to bid in one or more areas. Intra-subdivision offers are not allowed.

The procurement volumes during the contract and option periods are indicated in the invitation to tender. The quantities are presented by product as the actual procurement volumes of the previous year. Estimates of the scope of the procurement for the next four years can be predicted from the actual procurement volumes. In reality, the quantities may be smaller or higher, and neither the contracting entities nor the Subscribers commit to fixed procurement volumes.

With this procurement agreement, the wellbeing services counties of Pirkanmaa and Kanta-Häme, the City of Tampere, Tays Sydänkeskus Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut Oy and Tuomi Logistiikka Oy can make purchases to their owners and affiliated entities, i.e. those public sector customers that operate mainly in the geographical area of tampere university hospital's special catchment area (with the exception of the wellbeing services county of South Ostrobothnia), and Istekki Oy to its owners and affiliated units also Outside the Tays co-operation area.
