Outdoor facilities.

The building plot is located in the urban area of Bad Nauheim in an existing mixed area, which changes into a residential area.

The seven new apartment blocks are numbered from 1 to 7. There are 55 residential units. House 1 and 2 are located on Wisselsheimer Straße. House 3,4 and 5 arise further back to the diesel road, on the property. House 6 and 7 are built directly on the diesel road.

The underground car park 1 is under house 1-4. The underground garage 2 is built under house 5-7. All floors are connected by an elevator on all floors with the underground garages. All parts of the building are constructed in solid construction, ie ceilings and elevator shaft in reinforced concrete, the outer and inner walls largely in sand-lime brick. The underground garages are essentially built in reinforced concrete. The foundation is based on soil surveys as a flat foundation in reinforced concrete.
